Rich milk chocolate surrounding a coffee and dark chocolate butter ganache made with concentrated coffee. A rich and strong molded chocolate. It's made with butter and mixed with fondant and concentrated coffee and rich dark chocolate. The ganache is made with dark chocolate and coffee but the shell is pure delicious milk chocolate.

A 1/4 lb is about 10 to 12 truffles. A 1/2 lb is about 20 to 24 truffles. A pound is about 40 to 48 truffles. All of our gourmet chocolate confections are handmade with care but weights can vary per confection.
