Gourmet organic 73% Dark Chocolate couverture, the highest quality, and coffee. Rich dark chocolate surrounding a coffee and dark chocolate butter ganache made with concentrated coffee. A rich and strong molded chocolate. It's made with butter and mixed with fondant and concentrated coffee and rich dark chocolate. The ganache is made with dark chocolate and coffee and so is the shell. Very rich and very intense.

Naturally sweet, without being overly sweet and sugary. The perfect combination of chocolate and coffee to leave a lingering memory and have you wanting more!

A 1/4 lb is about 10 to 12 truffles. A 1/2 lb is about 20 to 24 truffles. A pound is about 40 to 48 truffles. All of our gourmet chocolate confections are handmade with care but weights can vary per confection.
