Dark Chili Chocolate

Gourmet organic 73% Dark Chocolate couverture, the highest quality, and chili. Rich dark chocolate surrounding a two types of chili, Turkish Urfa Biber and Italian Aleppo crushed red pepper. Urfa is a very mild chili, slightly salty and scores a two out of ten on Life By Chocolate's hot chili scale. Aleppo is hotter and more intense. Aleppo scores a five out of ten but we don't put as much aleppo in the mix as we do urfa. A rich, delightful and spicy molded chocolate. If you do not like heat, then stay away from this confection. For chili lovers, it's a very mild blending of two chilies and our organic dark chocolate. Two favorite flavors together at last.
