If you've only had industrially made marzipan you haven't yet had a good marzipan. Our marzipan is like fresh squeezed orange juice while industrially made marzipan is like frozen concentrate. If you love marzipan, you will love this more than any other marzipan you've ever had. We hand craft the marzipan at our confectionary.

A 1/4 lb is about 8 to 10 pieces. A 1/2 lb is about 16 to 20 pieces. A pound is about 32 to 40 pieces. All of our gourmet chocolate confections are handmade with care but weights can vary per confection.
