Our dark chocolates are created with Organic 73% Dark Chocolate from the Dominican Republic, made from an exceptional blend of Trinitario and Criollo cocoa since the 18th century. The elegant robust cocoa is twined by notes of black tea and mild tobacco. The traditional and gentle 72 hour conching gives this exceptional chocolate a fruity favor sustained with a hint of refreshing orange combined with a pleasant grapefruit sharpness.

A 1/4 lb is about 10 to 12 chocolates. A 1/2 lb is about 20 to 24 chocolates. A pound is about 40 to 48 chocolates. All of our gourmet chocolate confections are handmade with care but weights can vary per confection.
