Our dark chocolates are created with Organic 72% Dark Chocolate from the Dominican Republic, made from an exceptional blend of Trinitario and Criollo cocoa since the 18th century. The elegant robust cocoa is twined by notes of black tea and mild tobacco. The traditional and gentle 72 hour conching gives this exceptional chocolate a fruity favor sustained with a hint of refreshing orange combined with a pleasant grapefruit sharpness.

We use separate equipment and separate molds to work this wonderful vegan chocolate. No cross contamination. Enjoy and be vegan.
