Vegan Ti Quan Yin and Lemon

This is a wonderful handmade vegan oolong tea truffle made with 72% Certified Organic and Certified Fair Trade vegan chocolate. It is hand dipped and hand decorated. The Harney and Sons Ti Quan Yin* is infused, decocted into all natural coconut water* and then mixed with all natural coconut fat*. Certified Organic Lemon Conserve is then added to give this strong tea a nice lemony finish. We then decorated the truffle with Cocoa Nibs and Certified Organic Turbinado Sugar, Certified Vegan. This is a big and beautiful truffle and it is made without animal products or by-products. The 72% Certified Organic and Certified Fair Trade Vegan Chocolate is sweetened with Organic Evaporated Cane Juice. All ingredients are certified organic unless otherwise noted.
