Vegan Genmaicha and Chestnut with Apple

This is a wonderful handmade vegan green tea truffle made with 72% Certified Organic and Certified Fair Trade vegan chocolate. It is fork dipped and hand decorated. The Harney and Sons Genmaicha* is infused, decocted into all natural coconut water* and then mixed with all natural coconut fat*. Certified Organic Chestnut and Apple Conserve is then added to give this truffle a subtle wheat and chestnut finish. We then decorated the truffle with a vegan dark chocolate M. This is a big and beautiful truffle and it is made without animal products or by-products.
The 72% Certified Organic and Certified Fair Trade Vegan Chocolate is sweetened with Organic Evaporated Cane Juice. But that doesn't make this truffle sweet. It's the perfect balance.
