Twelve gourmet organic and vegan chocolates, made with 72% Dark Chocolate couverture, the highest quality, fashioned into four delightful confections, a solid Springtime chocolate, a great peanut praliné, a wonderful praliné made with organic peanuts, an almond and cranberry bite, made with organic almonds and cranberries and a terrific organic cherry cordial, made with organic cherries and organic light agave syrup, no alcohol.

Naturally sweet, without being overly sweet and sugary. Just pure chocolate confections, each a different experience, to leave a lingering memory and have you wanting more! Our dark chocolates are created with Organic 72% Dark Chocolate from the Dominican Republic, made from an exceptional blend of Trinitario and Criollo cocoa since the 18th century. The elegant robust cocoa is twined by notes of black tea and mild tobacco. The traditional and gentle 72 hour conching gives this exceptional chocolate a fruity favor sustained with a hint of refreshing orange combined with a pleasant grapefruit sharpness.

We use separate equipment and separate molds to work this wonderful vegan chocolate. No cross contamination. Enjoy and be vegan.

Each Vegan Spring Collection comes in a beautiful pink and brown box and contains 3 layers of these four beautiful confections. A satin ribbon is tied on top and the box has a viewing window. Enjoy.
