12 Piece Mixed Chocolate Spring Cube

Our beautiful Aqua Striped Cube contains three layers of four (4) chocolates per layer, all made with our Organic 73% Dark Chocolate and our Swiss 38% Milk Chocolate. Naturally sweet, without being overly sweet and sugary. Our Dark Chocolate Lavender Ganache, Milk Chocolate Apricot Cordials, Dark Chocolate Marzipan and Solid Milk Chocolates are designed to leave a lingering memory and have you wanting more!

Each of our layers contains one Lavender Ganache enrobed in Dark Chocolate, one of our Apricot Milk Cordials, such as our Irish Mist Milk Apricot or our Grand Marnier Milk Apricot, a wonderful surprise in every layer, one of our handmade Marzipan enrobed in Dark Chocolate, and a solid piece of our 38% Swiss Milk Chocolate. Twelve individual chocolates in all. Three levels, three times the fun.

Our milk chocolates are created with Swiss 38% Milk Chocolate make from Criollo beans, the highest quality cacao beans. These wonderful beans are roasted in small batches in the traditional manner using revolving roaster which bring out their flavors perfectly. The cocoa nibs are ground on porous stone and the result is conched up to 72 hours, making this wonderful chocolate superior and special. The flavor of our Swiss milk chocolate is without comparison. The full-bodied milk and cream taste is sustained with subtle notes of honey and caramel. The pure and noble cocoa Criollo can be distinguished by the delicate roasting and vanilla taste. This milk chocolate is as sweet as caramel and vanilla, as intense as macadamia nuts, as strong as espresso, and as fragrant as orange blossoms with plum and black currents on the finish.

Our dark chocolates are created with Organic 73% Dark Chocolate from the Dominican Republic, made from an exceptional blend of Trinitario and Criollo cocoa since the 18th century. The elegant robust cocoa is twined by notes of black tea and mild tobacco. The traditional and gentle 72 hour conching gives this exceptional chocolate a fruity favor sustained with a hint of refreshing orange combined with a pleasant grapefruit sharpness.
