Shipping

We ship orders between Monday and Thursday each week via USPS Priority Mail within the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii). Shipping costs are determined by the weight of your package. Any orders placed after Thursday will be shipped on the following Monday to ensure that your chocolates arrive in the best condition.

  • If you’d like to have your chocolates delivered sooner via overnight mail, please contact us and we can make special arrangements.

  • If you live outside of these areas and would like to order from us, please contact us so we can make special arrangements.

  • While we’d love to supply the entire country with chocolates all year round, we simply can’t ship chocolates to an area where the current temperatures are much above the high 70s°F without making the shipping costs more than the chocolates! During the summer months, June through September, we add the cost of ice packs to our shipping prices. The ice packs allows us to ship to areas with temps up to the high 70s/low 80s. However, when the temps hit the 90s and above, we can no longer be assured that our chocolates won’t arrive in a melted mess and don’t want you to be faced with that! This is good reason to stock up during the cooler months. Most of our chocolates have a shelf life of 3 to 6 months. Solid chocolates last even longer (if you don’t eat them first).

Please make sure to double check your shipping address before submitting your order and call us promptly at (518) 966-5219 to make any changes.
